Do you want to lead an engaged team and develop the VS operations in Gävle and Söderhamn?

At Bravida, we are technical professionals who do the job properly. We take on exciting assignments that few others can handle – and now we are looking for a service leader in VS who wants to help drive our operations forward in Gävle and Söderhamn.

About the role

As a service leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a group of about 7 driven and development-oriented employees. You will be based at our office in Gävle but work closely with employees in Söderhamn. The role involves:

  • Responsible for customer engagement, sales, and delivery of service assignments
  • Ensuring agreements, financial results, technical quality, and documentation
  • Planning resources, making purchases, and following up on quality, environment, and work environment
  • Leading and engaging employees and conducting development conversations
  • Driving upselling and developing customer relationships.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Technical education in VS and at least 1–2 years of experience in the industry
  • Experience in a leadership role and good knowledge of finance
  • Driver's license B (requirement)
  • Business acumen, drive, and a sense of service and sales
